When will my order ship?
We prepare and deliver all your orders within 1-3 business days. We provide fast shipping. We provide worldwide shipping.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after you complete your purchase. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still can’t find it? Feel free to reach out to us — we’re happy to help!
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We’ll do our best! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping details. Once the order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
What are the return conditions?
No conditions at all — if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just send the item back. As soon as it’s handed over to the shipping carrier, we’ll issue a full refund. No questions asked!
Where can I find my invoice?
We include your invoice both inside the package and as an attachment in your order confirmation email. If you can’t find it, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to resend it!
How do I start a return?
